Sometimes life can be complicated and our health can reflect that.
Over time, different experiences, challenges, and circumstances can build up, leaving us feeling like a complex case and wondering whether anyone will truly understand!?
For me it is a privilege to listen to your story and I do not take that responsibility lightly.
Building a strong therapeutic alliance is an important part of the process. Alongside taking a full history, I take the time to understand exactly what you need, how best to support you, and what will help you feel comfortable and heard.
From this foundation, we can create a treatment plan that is carefully designed around you as an individual.
My aim is to provide a safe, supportive space where you feel understood, empowered, and able to move forward with confidence.

How are you feeling after having your baby?
Not the polite “I’m fine” answer—the real one! 😁
Postpartum can be exhausting, overwhelming - emotionally and physically a lot to carry.
I support women through pregnancy, postpartum, and the years of growing a family—helping you feel better in your body, calmer in your mind, and more steady emotionally.
Through hands-on treatments like massage and restorative work, I create space for you to slow down, release tension, and actually be looked after for a change.
I can visit in you own home or you can come to me for
