Here are the before and after images of a recent kitchen refurbishment.
Customer is delighted and has already booked me for more works!
Works included:
1) Removal of old kitchen
2) Fitting new electrical sockets
3) Re-siting fused spur for washing machine
4) Installing new fused spur for extractor fan
5) Removing old coving
6) Removing old skirting boards
7) Removing old tiles
8)Removing kitchen wallpaper
9) Re-plastered all walls and ceiling (by other trusted contractor)
10) Installed new kitchen units, cornice & under cupboard lights.
11) Installed new doors, including a lovely new sliding “Barn door”.
12) Installed new quartz worktops & sink (by other trusted contractor)
13) Tiled new window sill.
14) Installed new gas hob (by other trusted contractor)
15) Installed new flooring
16) Installed new lights
17) Installed new skirting boards
18) Plumbed in new sink & tap, including lowering the waste water connection.
19) Installed new oven.
20) Installed new extraction unit over hob.
21) Installed new coving.
22) Painted throughout.

Just fitted a new loft hatch to replace the existing one that was poorly positioned in the bathroom. Customers are delighted…I’ll be returning shortly to fit their loft boards and lights!

Just finished a complete bathroom refurbishment for some really lovely customers.
Here are the three before images along with the completed bathroom, the client has yet to decorate which wasn’t quoted for.

Works included:
Remove old shower, tray and controls.
Remove old towel radiator.
Remove old toilet.
Remove partially sunken bath & re-build floor to existing level.
Remove all old tiles and trims.
Fit underfloor heating.
For herringbone floor throughout.
Remove old cupboard to the left, re-routing all pipework.
Re-route pipework into walls for new towel radiator.
Fit new larger shower tray.
Tile shower area, creating a recess for showering accessories (This has a 5 degree slant to prevent water pooling!)
Fit new shower and controls.
Fit new shower screen & “Flipper” panel (This prevents water splashing out of the shower when in use!)
Fit new vanity unit.
Fit new composite downlights.
Fit two new extraction fans.
Fit new illuminated mirror, with de-mister and Bluetooth facility.
Tile whole bathroom to half height with brushed chrome trims throughout.
Fit new vanity unit.
Fit new bath.
Fit new toilet with soft close seat
Seal all walls to floor with gray silicone sealant.
