You can always tell when people are holding pain in their hearts. And because hearts are neither male nor female this is a human problem.

A tender heart isn’t automatic. It’s a processed heart and an actively ongoing healed one.

In the earth today so many are use to protecting their hearts. It’s such a waste of time.

Our ego isn’t efficient enough to keep our heart secure. We are only efficient at deceiving ourselves by it.

Real tenderness of heart can only be birthed in humble recognition that our way isn’t working and our hearts are actually at war without God as the anchor and healer of our lives.

Heart health has more to do with receiving than giving anyway. It’s the plot twist the earth can’t get! In fact a hearts capacity to love, give and grow is not based on our will to give it but our capacity to receive it first from God.

The greater my capacity to receive God in His fullness …the greater my ability for pouring out without hypocrisy or judgement.

May our hearts grow more responsive to the work of God in us & far less reactive to circumstance around us….

Sitting with you on the evening of the Last Supper reminds me…

Jesus always honours the table.
He longs to be with His friends.
Jesus allowed the table to form new views of His love.

May our time together not be the last of anything but the daily beginning of everything to come as we dine together in Him.

The real opposing force of love is not hate… it’s deception.

God is Love which means He owns the rights to this word completely.

Love is not just our definition of it- as every word can only be given meaning from its creator. Love can only be as powerful of a meaning- if its source is human…love is breakable, choosy and reliant on acceptance. But if love is God’s - love is beyond our comprehension more vast and deep than we can ever imagine .

Love can not agree with sin because love is the intimate force that frees us from the power of it.

Our world 🌍 is often deceived.

1. Because we believe we can originate love. Not true we are responders to the love already placed in us by the one who made us. He started the love story we are in.

2. We believe we can love God and despise people. Not true! That’s deception. If you love God - as a response you love God as He desires to be loved which is wholly including others.

3. Love is something we possess - Half true! Love is a relationship you are invited into shared already by God.
