Over the past 12 months, facing challenges has been the norm at Team Protel.

In order to meet these challenges head-on, Protel’s flexibility and adaptability has allowed the company to successfully navigate through the current crisis without the quality of its services being compromised.

By acting early when the pandemic first hit through creating a virtual CATI (Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing) centre – which utilises sophisticated software to enable our highly-trained interviewers to conduct research through structured questionnaires – our ability to conduct research where a rapid and far reaching response is required was met with little disruption.

New appointment!

Team Protel is delighted to announce that Nick Southwood has been appointed as our new Business Development Manager.

Nick joins Protel at a time where the company remains fully committed to growth this year as it looks to further develop its status as one of the leading field and tab specialists in the UK.

What market research goals are you setting this year?

Team Protel worked tirelessly in 2020 to ensure that operations continued as normal as possible throughout a challenging 2020 and that our customers received first class service during this difficult period.

Thanks to our flexibility and adaptability, Team Protel was able to provide most of our qualitative and quantitative fieldwork services for customers even whilst staff worked from home - and we look forward to applying the same level of professionalism in 2021 and beyond.
