Another fab weekend with the team. Out and about yesterday team building at the spy mission, swimming and team dinner. Followed today by some superb judo.

Lots of work done by our team and obstacles overcome, it was great to see our next group of athletes stepping up and showing their best judo.

Well done to the dragons who fought for team Sussex yesterday, a superb performance from all our athletes and great team atmosphere from all the supporters.

Congratulations to the Sussex HW team who retained their title for the 4th yr in a row and well done to our LW team and Kyu grade team on their bronze medals and the Dan grade team on their silver medal.

Congratulations also to Lisa and Martin who were awarded SA long service awards.
