Duties and responsibilities as a Chef De Partie are:

* Cooking and preparing dishes
* Being responsible for health and safety
* Being responsible for food hygiene practices
* Ensuring food quality and excellent standards are maintained for all dishes created
* Ensuring the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines

The ideal candidate for a Chef De Partie would need:

* Food Hygiene Level 2 (must have)
* Experience as a Chef De Partie
* Be able to stay calm under pressure
* A good eye for detail/ presentation
* Own knives and own whites

* 5 out of 7 days per week
* 08:00- 19:00

The rate of pay as a House Keeping Supervisor is:

* £16.00 p/h

The duties and responsibilities as a House Keeping Supervisor are:

* Supervising and coordinating the housekeeping and cleaning team to ensure military barracks and accommodation facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and safety
* Allocating daily tasks
* Conducting inspections of bedrooms, communal areas, and offices, monitoring cleaning standards
* Managing supplies and equipment
* Training and supporting staff, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
* Liaising with management
* Reporting maintenance issues
* Resolving staff and operational concerns
* Ensuring all accommodation areas provide a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for military personnel

The ideal candidate for a House Keeping Supervisor would require:

* Strong leadership skills
* Good organization skills
* Communication skills are essential
* Previous experience as a House Keeping Supervisor
