🚲 Benji's Journey

Benji joined us many years ago with a real passion for bikes and a desire to learn more about cycle maintenance.

While he already had some basic skills, building confidence and consistency sometimes took extra time and practice. Through patience, hands-on learning, and his own determination, Benji has developed into a valued and skilled member of the workshop.

Today, Benji can:

🔧 Change an inner tube safely and independently
🔧 Strip down bikes with accuracy and care
🔧 Support and encourage others in the workshop
🔧 Tackle tasks repeatedly until he has mastered them

Benji's journey shows that progress isn't always about speed—it's about perseverance, opportunity, and believing in your ability to learn and grow.

We're incredibly proud of everything he has achieved and the positive example he sets every day. 💙
