Birth Partners
Supporting your partner in labour is one of the most important roles that you will play in life. Being a birth partner involves more than a physical presence. At a Complementary Birth education class you will learn how to support your partner both psychologically and physically. Our courses are designed to give you the knowledge to work as an advocate for your partner. In addition you will learn how to support your partner by utilising methods such as massage and deep relaxation methods.

You will also learn how to cope with the transition to parenthood and how to enjoy this precious time as a family. Please see our active Birth partner workshop and preparing for parenthood workshop.
