New hot water cylinder installed this one is fed directly from the cold water main. Unlike traditional cylinder’s where they are tank fed usually in the loft. They give amazing hot water pressure great for a powerful shower 👍

Called to a faulty tap turns out someone doesn’t know there own strength. once it was stripped down I found all the splines had worn off, so a new valve and head were needed now all good to go 👍

Called to a leaking smelly soil pipe yes that’s right we do drains as well, on this occasion the previous fitter replaced the soil pipe from the bathroom above but neglected to seal the new plastic to the old clay. We replaced a small section of pipe to allow access to fit the correct adapter and de urged in place now no nasty smells .
