We’re pleased to share that following a recent inspection by the Regulator of Social Housing, we have achieved V1, G1 and C1 ratings.

But what does this mean? We’re inspected every four years, and this year included how we’re performing against the consumer standards, as well as the usual viability and governance requirements. Overall, these results demonstrate that we’re operating effectively today while remaining well-positioned for the future. There's always more to do though and where we've identified improvements or issues, we have clear plans in place to address them.
