We may have started the meditation session with torrential rain and howling winds but this is what we came out to!
The meditation literally has blown away all the stress of the week and let us start our weekend with sunshine and a spring in our step!
I literally feel about a stone lighter (unfortunately this is clearly only energetically as it is birthday week at ours 🎂🤣)
