International Women's Day gives us an opportunity to pause and reflect on fairness, respect and opportunity at work.

As a male-heavy organisation, this reflection is particularly important. Challenging assumptions and recognising bias that can exist helps us create a workplace where people feel respected and valued.

This year’s theme, Give to Gain, reminds us that by increasing awareness and being open to change, we strengthen our teams and our culture.
