This message popped up this morning from the Calm app I occasionally use to meditate..

The strange thing is ... it was so apt for me today .. and actually this has happened to me 2 or 3 times this week ... the quote that has popped up has literally hit the spot of my mood and given me food for thought, focus & direction for that day and the decisions I had to make ..... does this ever happen to you too?

I find more & more often now that the more
I open to the Universe/fate ( or whatever you believe in) .... The more I feel I am nudged in the right direction naturally 😍

Maybe it’s because I can actually see the wood from the trees when I just take a step back and breathe and I am not stressing about it.
