A little bit about our traineeship,
The Traineeship is a ten-week programme, where trainees will spend two days a week in the classroom at the Community Trust offices, then take up work experience with various employers and departments around the Trust.
Candidates must be:
aged 16 – 24 years old
Currently unemployed or working less than 16 hours per week
Not be educated to Level 3 or above
Show enthusiasm and ambition to work
