We’ll end the week with my own story.

Reading everyone’s stories this week has genuinely been inspiring. It’s reminded me that the gym is about so much more than training , it’s about people, support, confidence, friendships and having somewhere you feel accepted.

I mean every word in this post. Thank you to every single person who’s shared their story and helped make RAMFIT what it is 🖤

An inspiring story and a reminder that life can change very quickly when you least expect it. What matters is how you respond, and Ailsa has faced every challenge head on and fought her way back to doing what she loves. Seeing her back training and now coaching honestly means a lot.
