MENTAL HEALTH support, advice and guidance when you aren't sure where to turn.

This is funny because it's the advice I give to my Type A clients:

While mindfulness and meditation work for some, they’re not for me or most of my clients.

Instead, I recommend reducing stimulation and giving your brain a break every 60-90 minutes.

Whether it’s daydreaming while looking out the window,

walking to your next meeting without checking your phone,

or sitting there without scrolling letting your brain wander,

the modality doesn’t matter.

What's important is to reduce stimulation to your brain any means possible.

Let yourself get bored.

It’s essential to pause and allow your mind to process and organise the information from the previous session.

Going all day from one meeting to the next,

constantly scrolling,

listening to podcasts,

and having back-to-back meetings without any stimulation-free time is stress inducing on both your brain and body.

Trying to "hustle" and be productive every second of the day is a recipe to burn your brain and body out.
