🚨EXPERIENCED TRACTOR OPERATOR REQUIRED – HARVEST 2026 🚨

Based near Swindon, Wiltshire - we are looking for an experienced tractor operator to join our agricultural contracting business for harvest, with the opportunity for ongoing work and potential full-time employment for the right person.

This is not an entry-level position. Applicants must be confident operating modern machinery independently and capable of working to a high standard with minimal supervision.

Duties will include:

• Grain carting during harvest
• Rolling
• Secondary cultivations
• General machinery operation and daily maintenance
• Additional seasonal and contracting work as required

You’ll be working with a modern fleet of John Deere tractors and well-maintained equipment across a range of operations.

The ideal candidate will have:

✔ Proven experience operating modern agricultural machinery
✔ Good understanding of arable farming operations
✔ Mechanical awareness and respect for machinery
✔ Ability to work long hours when required during busy periods
✔ Full UK driving licence (towing experience advantageous)
✔ A professional attitude, attention to detail, pride in their work and outgoing
