Wiltshire Council’s Liberal Democrat administration is proposing increases to parking charges across Wiltshire, with some fees potentially rising by 20% or more, alongside possible changes to charging hours and Sunday parking charges.
These proposals could affect residents, shoppers, workers and local businesses across the county.

Wiltshire Parking Charges Survey Drivers in Wiltshire are set to face an increase in parking charges to plug a hole in the Lib Dems’ budget. The new proposals would see parking charges increase by 20% or even more if the Lib Dems get their way and raise prices to match Salisbury.
Cllr Iain Wallis, Devizes and Councillor Jaydon Irvine were out this morning speaking to residents about issues they have around the town. As well as talking to residents regarding Forty Acres Road Park.
