Good afternoon all. Due to the high temperatures today, we have made the decision to cancel this evenings class for safery reasons. Class will be on as normal later this week, once we have put warm weather training provisions in place, to ensure all students can train safely.

What a fantastic day we had at the Emap championships yesterday we came away with three🥉 medals, lots of very close fought battles throughout the day and most importantly every single one of you was absolutely amazing, and your performances throughout the day were amazing. You all proved you can compete at the highest levels. We now we rest and re start and learn for the next one. We are super proud of each and ever one of you and can't wait to see you all in class this week.
