Extension Surround Project

Different type of job this time, surrounding a new extension with some classic Autumn Brown Indian Sandstone and creating an "ironing patio" for the customer!
- tree stump/roots dug out and area levelled
- Aco drainage installed below damp-proof course and integrated into existing drainage systems
- two recessed manhole covers installed to replace existing ones
- slabs laid and grouted with a Buff resin compound

Winter Patio Project

Lovely 3-tiered Indian Sandstone patio in Rippon Buff with a buff grout, edged with natural sleepers to fit with existing artificial lawn.
- existing flagstones and block paving removed and re-utilised in the build
- recessed manhole cover installed, raised to fit with patio level
- existing rockery edging to border integrated into patio effect
- patio edged with Flamenco decorative stones to ensure effective drainage
