Happy World Horse Day! 🐴❀️

Today we celebrate the incredible horses that inspire us every single day, and the dedicated racing staff who work tirelessly to care for them.

At the Racing Staff Development Programme, we’re proud to support the people behind the horses by providing training and development opportunities that help them build their skills, confidence and knowledge. Through Equine First Aid, Human First Aid with a rider-specific supplement, mentoring, webinars and practical learning, we’re committed to helping racing staff upskill so they can support both their colleagues and provide the very best care for our equine athletes.

The bond between horse and human is something truly special. It’s built on trust, dedication, compassion and countless early mornings, late nights and unforgettable moments.

A huge thank you to every member of racing staff for the care, commitment and passion you show every day. Your dedication makes a difference to the welfare of our horses and to the people who work alongside them.

And to our incredible equine besties – thank you for your trust, your spirit and the joy you bring. Today, we celebrate you. ❀️🐎
