There’s no shame in getting it wrong when you’re actually stepping up.

Most people never put themselves in that position. They’ll have opinions, but they’re not the ones dealing with the pressure, the lights, the moment.

If you compete, at some point you’re going to come off second best. That’s just how it works.

It doesn’t mean you’re not good enough.
It just means you’ve got something to fix.

Take a day if you need it. Be annoyed. Be frustrated. That’s normal.

But after that, it’s simple —
look at it properly, be honest with yourself, and get back to work.

The ones who improve are the ones who don’t avoid it.
They face it, learn from it, and move on.

One bad night doesn’t define you.
What you do after it does.
