14 years in business 🤍

I was only 21 years old when I opened the doors to The Beauty Box for the very first time. If you had told me then that 14 years later I would still be here, doing what I love, with a business I am so proud of, I’m not sure I would have believed you.

It’s been a long road and definitely not always an easy one. There has been a lot of hard work, long days, ups and downs, lessons learned and plenty of changes along the way. But there has also been so much laughter, great craic, unforgettable memories and friendships made that I will always be grateful for.

One of my favourite parts of this job has always been the people. Over the last 14 years, I’ve had the privilege of meeting so many amazing people from all different walks of life and backgrounds. I’ve been there through engagements, weddings, babies, new jobs, heartbreaks, holidays and everything in between. I’ve laughed until I’ve cried, listened to more stories than I could ever count and probably shared far too much of my own life along the way 😂

I never imagined when I started at 21 just how much this little business would become part of my life and how many people it would bring into it. I’m so grateful that after 14 years I still genuinely love what I do, and I’m so proud of everything The Beauty Box has become.

Thank you to every single person who has walked through my doors, booked an appointment, recommended me to someone, shared a post, supported my business or simply cheered me on over the years. Whether you’ve been with me from the very beginning or have only recently become a client, you have all played a part in keeping my business going for 14 incredible years.

14 years down, and I’m nowhere near finished yet. There are still bigger and more exciting things to come, and I can’t wait to see what the next chapter brings. 💕

I have one ticket for sale to the Belfast brunch co on 27th June @ 1pm in Revolución de Cuba in Belfast. I can’t make it due to other commitments and I’m just looking what I paid for it.

A calm, welcoming space with a great atmosphere, whether you’re in the mood for a chat or a quieter appointment.
There’s a TV available if you fancy switching off, with coffee, refreshments and snacks provided.
