Research recently commissioned by NICEIC shows 22% of homeowners haven’t had their electrics checked in over a decade.

An electrical check, known as an EICR, is an essential MOT for the home; helping to spot issues early and keeping people safe.

In privately owned homes, it is recommended an EICR is carried out at least every 10 years, and in rented properties it is a legal requirement to have one at least every 5 years.

The guidance is simple, prioritise the safety of your home by getting your installations checked by a NICEIC-registered electrician.

Disabled extension 1st fixed today, all usual spec incorporated to suit wheelchair and hoist facilities. These are good jobs to be apart of as you know the good your doing for people in need 👌👌

New temporary supply completed for this new 3 phase end box install, full 6 bedroom HMO renovation underway which will require a full electrical installation at the start of the new year 😎

Full rewire started today on this 2 bed apartment, full renovation in place with new kitchen, bathroom and new gas heating to be done 👌👌😎
