ARC has a vision to reduce drugs and alcohol harm and deaths in Cowal by raising awareness & reducing stigma.
Such a shame. We loved the walk 😪 Hopefully will come back with something from communities.

There will no be yoga class on Monday 13th and 20th of July as Joni is taking a well deserved summer holiday. Next yoga class will be Monday 27th July, 2pm as normal.
Pilates with Lorraine Robinson is still running on a Thursday at 1pm at 125 Argyll Street (old Tudor tearooms, upstairs). Free for Arc users. Please come along and give it a go. Lovely gentle class for all abilities 🥰
