💡LETS TALK FITNESS💡

🏋🏼‍♀️Do you find yourself making grand plans to go to 5 classes a week, yoga once a week, the gym 3 times a week, go for daily walks and runs? This is something that I personally struggled with when it came to sticking with the gym.

🏃🏼‍♀️If you’re anything like me, you start out with all the enthusiasm in the world but more often than not when you are faced with the reality of a busy fitness schedule, the enthusiasm fades away pretty quickly! We then end up going back to our daily routines which doesn’t always involve regular exercise.

🚴As I was coaching others, I came to realise that I was not reflecting on my own mindset when it came to exercise and I didn’t have a plan that would ensure that I was successful in my goals.

📈Creating a plan that runs alongside your current lifestyle can help you reach your goals and allow your exercise schedule to become an integral part of your week. Not only do you get a sense of a achievement for showing up, a mindset plan encourages you to work towards an overall focused goal and vision which is key to consistency.

💪🏽By using this technique I was able to achieve my goals and began to actually enjoy the gym, which is something I never thought I’d say!
