How did you end up in your current position?

My journey has been eye opening. I would say I have struggled finding where I really fit into this world. Not without help have I managed to find my way.

Time Line Therapy was the thing during my whole training that I really felt massively impacted me and my life. It was life changing. I finally released a lot of s**t I had been carrying around all these years. This is the reason why I am am offering this to all my clients, as I genuinely know the impact it can have on you. Its transformational!

I am really not trying to sound w***y when I say this, but its the truth. I am so much happier now, I feel a million times lighter and even though I know there will always be demons of some sort lurking in the back of your mind. I know I can deal with it now.

My Dad and Grandpa are unfortunately no longer with us, however I do always think about them more than just on Father's Day.

Its definitely a day of reflection for me and the more years that go on, the more I am grateful for the time I had with them, even though some may see that as short. These men played a big part in shaping who I became.

Happy Father's Day to those celebrating, or like me to those reflecting.

This is me at the age of 27.

From the outside I was having the time of my life. I had a successful career. I was living in London, travelling the world at any opportunity I had.

On the inside I felt like I was falling apart. I was lost. I had just been diagnosed with an underactive thyroid which took a while for me to get my head around. I also convinced myself that I was fat, ugly and going to be single for the rest of my life. How could anyone love me?

I can't believe I am writing this, but its true.

I now look at the photo and I think WOW Sarah you were HOT! But back then I didn't see it or think it. I was very LOST.

I want to show you that the ladies I am drawn to help, were in some way very like my younger self. I have been there and I can absolutely help you find the right path.
