Into Work

Into Work is delighted to be one of the first organisations to earn Flexibility Works FlexMark status.

The accreditation process included a staff survey, focus groups, one-to-ones, and a review of key policies and communications. We were delighted to have been rated ‘Excellence’ in seven of the 11 elements of the framework, a label reserved for organisations who are ‘trailblazing’ when it comes to flexible working.

It’s fantastic to have this recognition of our commitment to leading by example as the kind of employer we want to see more of.
