Though we may face hidden struggles that bring tears to our eyes, we will be alright. For too long, our voices have been ignored, and our stories overlooked.
But now, we stand united, stronger than ever, ready to share our cultures, talents, and dreams. It’s time for everyone to notice.
On 2nd November 2024, the first-ever Scottish Ethnic Minority Talent Festival will take place in Glasgow. This event is a powerful declaration of our unity and resilience.
This festival is more than just an occasion; it’s a celebration of our identity and heritage. It’s a platform to highlight the extraordinary richness and diversity within Scotland’s minority ethnic communities.
Through music, art, dance, traditional ethnic games, fashion show and food, we will bring our traditions to life. Each performance will beat like the heart of our communities, each dish will offer a taste of home.
The festival will be a space for us to connect, laugh, and celebrate our shared experiences.
This is our opportunity to share our stories. Stories that have often gone unheard, with a broader audience, fostering understanding and solidarity.
