On Monday, our Endodontic Clinician Dr Steve Bonsor officially graduated with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Edinburgh.
His thesis examined the role of antimicrobial photodynamic therapy in the disinfection of the root canal system of human permanent teeth in vivo. Research with real clinical relevance to the endodontic care he delivers every day.
What makes this achievement special isn’t just the title. It’s what it represents: years of commitment to learning and research, long after most would have considered their studying done.
The mindset of lifelong learning runs through everything we do at Vermilion and Steve embodies it completely.
