We were delighted to visit the National Library of Scotland last week as part of the ongoing CPD and training we deliver within the cultural sector. 📚
 
The visit gave our assessor team a fantastic insight into the work taking place within one of Scotland’s leading cultural organisations and highlighted the valuable skills developed through the Diploma in Cultural Venue Operations SCQF Level 6.
 
Examples of units within the qualification include:
✨ Support the organisation of an event or exhibition
✨ Provide visitors with general assistance
✨ Promote cultural venue goods and services to visitors
✨ Deliver a Guided Tour of Cultural Premises
