We're looking for a Programme Manager (Maternity Cover) to join our team and help deliver exciting events for Edinburgh's creative community!
This is a 12-month opportunity to be part of a small, close-knit team driving our events programme forward. You'll be delivering inspiring in-person and online events designed for creative practitioners and small businesses across the city, building on our collaborative partnerships and community connections.
We're seeking someone with experience in events programming and delivery, excellent organisational skills and a passion for bringing creative people together. You'll be implementing our programme strategy that aims to inspire, educate, connect, upskill and empower creative freelancers.

Alongside our partners at , we're thrilled to welcome Tom Bryant and Victoria Watson for an exciting conversation exploring the future of animation and the technological advances shaping the sector.
Tom Bryant is Co-Founder and Creative Director of Cahoots Studios, an Edinburgh-based animation and VFX studio creating award-winning work for commercials, children's television, games and film. Tom was lead 3D artist on The Lost Thing, which won the 2011 Academy Award for Best Animated Short Film. He also co-founded MOVE Summit in 2017 and returns as Event Director for 2026.
Victoria Watson is Co-Founder and Creative Director of EYEBOLLS Studio, an award-winning full-service Edinburgh studio that produces content for TV shows, films, creative advertising and experiential agencies. She has previously worked with clients such as Netflix, BBC and Disney. Victoria specialises in bringing together the right talent for each project, merging live-action and animation while pushing creative boundaries.
Join them alongside our host Caroline Parkinson, Director of Creative at Edinburgh Futures Institute, for a fascinating discussion covering craft skills, storytelling in an AI world, the impact of GenAI on creative workflows, changes in commissioning, and the future of MOVE Summit in connecting Scotland's animation community internationally.
