IT SYSTEMS and GENERAL COURSE ADMINISTRATOR/INVIGILATOR

We are seeking a part-time IT Systems and General Course Administrator for our Commercial Pilot Training Ground School. Part of the role would be an Invigilator for our internal professional exams. Our classroom-based business provides residential/distance learning theory courses and ATPL licence exams for trainee airline pilots. The School and Exam Centre are co-located at Rosyth Business Centre.

We need you to be skilled, experienced and competent in IT systems and able to commute regularly to Rosyth. In particular, we are developing content for a new bespoke Learning Management System, use Microsoft 365 and its various applications extensively and post regularly on social media.

Hours are mainly flexible, but vary and peak around the exam duties every 2 months where attendance is needed. Some of the duties can be partly done from home. The candidate cannot be a commercial pilot and we are looking for a person able to commit to this part-time role in the long term.

Well above average IT skills are essential to support our team of Instructors and generate regular content for our social media. Some knowledge of the aviation industry or other highly regulated environment is desirable, but not essential. We will also favour a person with the ability to meticulously manage our student training files – both electronic and hard copy that are audited by our regulators.
