Excitement is building ahead of Scotland's next big game on Friday, and the were only too happy to oblige with a bit of the nonsense after another tough session in the wee hut last night. ππͺ
That's one of the reasons these girls are such a great group. They work hard, have a laugh, don't take themselves too seriously, and always bring a bit of fun to the gym.
We'll be cheering Scotland on all the way from Lochend as the Tartan Army continues its World Cup adventure. πΈπ¨β½

A great effort from the team today. Bags smashed, circuits completed, and plenty of laughs along the way.
