Muscle Asylum Gym

A few machines shuffled around a bit again as I just wasn’t ‘feeling it’ the way it was sitting.

More mirrors going up this week, more rubber mats going down, another set of cables going in, a pec deck, pullover and primal chest press should be in before the end of the week…..

Then I have 1 more wall to build and fit the fingerprint entry system and we are nearly there as far as the actual Gym goes and maybe 1 or 2 shifts to finish the supplement shop and chill area 👌😎

If you want to pop by wether just to get a look n a blether, or to chuck some chalk and iron around, I’ll be at the Gym from 7pm tonight.

I’ve totally lost all interest in the place because of the hassle I’ve had with the building so you can come give me your opinion….. if I even just get 60 members before the end of January to cover the building cost I’ll let it just run itself.

READ THE PARKING SIGNS IF YOU COME INTO HOME BARGAINS…… LIDL IS FINE TO PARK AND THEN WALK OVER. IF YOU JOIN, ILL SHOW YOU THE VIP PARKING AT THE REAR.

Old Skool, Raw, half finished, but the best Gyms always are….. I’ve got Primal equipment coming, the Old Skool antique Lat Pullover coming(fcukin always wanted one of these), smith machine, more cables etc etc and if I get the demand I’ll just keep adding as I’ve got the space for it.
