In this workshop, we’ll move through gentle yoga,
allowing the body to release tension and the mind to settle.
We’ll also work with essential oils to support a deeper sense of grounding helping you feel more present, calm, and connected.

This is a time of abundance, growth, and possibility.
In this workshop, we’ll gently tune into the energy of the sun that warmth, that vitality, that quiet strength within us.
✨ We’ll begin with gentle Vinyasa to awaken and energise the body
✨ Then soften into supportive Yin to nurture and ground our intentions

A gentle pause for today...
Yoga reminds us that we don't always need to be doing, striving, or achieving. Sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is simply pause.
Take a moment to notice your breath.
Soften your shoulders.
Release your jaw.
Feel your feet on the ground.
This moment is enough.
The practice isn't about becoming someone else, it's about returning to yourself, again and again.
