At Rentec Autocare we strive to deliver a five star service and 100% satisfaction to every customer. Whilst we welcome constructive feedback, we will not tolerate slanderous and unfounded accusations against the garage and its staff. We absolutely will not tolerate our staff being named and shamed in a public forum as has happened in a recent review on our page. Regrettably we could not respond directly to the reviewer's concerns because, for some reason, they decided to turn the comments off.
At Rentec Autocare we have built our loyal customer base on trust and transparency and are deeply upset that the integrity of both the business and it's staff have been called into question. We hope that our existing and potential customers are not being wrongly influenced by this and look forward to seeing you all again soon.
