Our Sunday session starts at 3:00pm. If you never tried, it's free, so why not discover?
We train in Walpole Hall, next to St Mary's Episcopal Cathedral. Just bring sports clothes.
Our other session happen on Wednesday 7:00pm to 9:00pm.

Japanese vs Brazilian jitsu?
Japanese jitsu:
- falling and rolling ✅
- throws from standing ✅
- locks from standing ✅

- weapons ✅
- wears Gi 🥋
Brazilian jitsu:
- ground fighting ✅✅✅✅
- locks from ground ✅✅✅✅
- mix of Gi and no-Gi 🥋👕
