We're celebrating "Action" as the theme for Mental Health Awareness Week and an action we never compromise on is bringing our bright and bold colours to community events. It might seem superficial, but it is one of the most important parts of who we are as a charity. We don't believe that mental health and asking for help should be something to be ashamed of or to shy away from. We understand why it feels so difficult and we want to help change that and reduce stigma by always trying to be the brightest (and often loudest) around! Our vibe is very important to us and it is our way of taking action against stigma and making a positive change towards seeing mental health support as the beacon of light that it is 💛
