Looking through these pictures, everything looks wonderful. The kind of post I would scroll past and think, "Oh gosh, I wish I had all my sh*t together like this person."
But the truth is, behind the scenes, May absolutely tried to break me.

This is why community, friendship, family are so important to me, so we can hold each other up when life gets heavy.

My man didn't make it into a single picture, we've been passing ships in the night, but in between that, he has, as always, picked me up, held me up, and carried me when I needed it most.

So here's to the good bits that keep us going. My boys, the coffee and connections crew, new opportunities (wahoo my first ever podcast comes out this month, watch this space), my walkers and talkers, my hybrid class gang, a village supporting each other and fundraising for the school, and of course my breathwork family, the joy it gives me to facilitate. I absolutely love the communities I have around me.
So from me, a huge thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️

And the reminder that social media is just a snippet of the truth, never compare yourself or your journey.

A few different breathwork sessions coming up over the next few weeks, all with very different settings but the same intention, time to slow down a bit, give yourself a break from life's pressures and let go of some sh*t you no longer want to carry.
●The Pole Shed, an indoor evening session to switch off from the noise and reset (nearly sold out)
●Men’s Forest Breathwork, space for men to step away from the pressure of everyday life and just breathe
●Summer Solstice Lakeside Session, breathwork and chill by the water as we head into the longest evening of the year, with a drink and cake included.
Breathwork isn’t about pretending life is perfect or forcing positivity. Sometimes it’s just about giving yourself an hour where you stop rushing, stop overthinking and just be.
Plus an awesome playlist and no whale noises in sight.
