Being self employed I’ve found it extremely helpful to develop and maintain a network of trusted colleagues who play the role of ‘team mates’ - people who will listen, offload, question, support, challenge, encourage, advise and in return I do the same. Also occasionally we can join forces on great projects!

Conversations are wide ranging and diverse but always through a progressive and developmental lens.
