Another Building Regulations application has now been submitted for a residential property in East Cambridgeshire.

This project includes:

Our detailed Building Regulations package has been carefully prepared to ensure compliance with the latest Building Regulations, covering all key aspects including structure, thermal performance, fire safety, ventilation, drainage and construction detailing.

The application will now progress through the plan check stage with Building Control. Once approved, a Plans Certificate will be issued, allowing the project to move forward with confidence before construction begins.
