We completed this loft in Thames Ditton, and the clients and neighbors were so amazed that we have done lots more work on the same road.

This was far from a straight forward loft conversion. Among other things, we had to build an extension over the garage in order to complete the new roof layout. Lots of space gained both in the loft, and also in the room below. Along with the loft conversion which accommodates 1 bedroom and en suite, we finished it off with bespoke wardrobe and doors and also a bespoke bookcase. We also installed new oak doors throughout the house, matched the new Sapele staircase handrail and spindles to the existing, and also fitted air conditioning to the loft room and master bedroom on the first floor.

A small Annex we have recently completed in Cheam. This 1 bedroom Annex with en suite and kitchen area is a perfect addition to this gorgeous period property in Cheam
