Welcome to the Junior Performance Program! We show kids how to gym safely & young athletes how to reach their sporting potential!

Similar to learning a new skill, practicing strength movements improves pathways in the brain.
Strength training in junior athletes improves the brains ability to activate and control different muscles. As this develops further, each athletes strength and speed will improve.
