After this Friday, T-shirts will not be included with entries due to lead times and costs for smaller orders, which just aren't viable for us. So if you want to guarantee your tee, make sure to get your order in before the Friday deadline!

Hello everyone! Weโve made some changes to our refund policy that are designed to benefit you! Donโt panicโthese updates are in your favour.
๐๐๐ซ๐โ๐ฌ ๐ฐ๐ก๐๐ญโ๐ฌ ๐ง๐๐ฐ:
- Our previous terms allowed refunds only up to 14 days after booking unless you opted for refundable booking cover through Eventrac.
- Now, you can enjoy a ๐๐๐% ๐ซ๐๐๐ฎ๐ง๐ up to ๐๐ ๐๐๐ฒ๐ฌ ๐๐๐๐จ๐ซ๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐๐ฏ๐๐ง๐ญ, ๐๐% up to ๐๐ ๐๐๐ฒ๐ฌ, and ๐๐% up to ๐๐ ๐๐๐ฒ๐ฌ prior.
- After 30 days, we still offer ๐
๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ซ๐ซ๐๐ฅ up until the day before the event!
Why the staggered refund policy? It allows you the participant maximum coverage while helping us manage the significant costs we incur closer to the event. As we approach the date, the refund options become more limited.
But wait, thereโs more! You can ๐๐๐๐๐ซ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ซ๐ฒ ๐ญ๐จ ๐๐๐๐ free of charge up until the day before the event! Plus, if you need to transfer your entry to someone else, you can do that through your booking account up to ๐ ๐๐๐ฒ๐ฌ ๐ฉ๐ซ๐ข๐จ๐ซโafter that, just reach out to us and weโll handle it manually.
And for total peace of mind you can take our ๐ซ๐๐๐ฎ๐ง๐ ๐ฉ๐ซ๐จ๐ญ๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐ข๐ง๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ซ๐๐ง๐๐ which ensures a full refund anytime prior to the event (subject to the policy terms and conditions)
