Tbh I don’t have a huge amount of nutritional advice for this as I know how tough it is to eat healthy when you are feeling sick or experiencing extreme food adversions like I did!
🍌 just eat whatever you can stomach. Added bonus if it’s anything healthy but don’t worry if not! Your body needs the energy so just go with whatever you can manage.
💧don’t forget to drink plenty of water!!
✅ Chat to your midwife or doc if you’re struggling to get/keep anything down
🥨 keep snacking to avoid getting too hungry. This really helped me. Cream crackers, biscuits and bananas were my go to.
😴 Rest! As much as you can! Your body is working SO hard.
When I was in the depth of my nauseous phase, I would go to work (just about), force down the most plain weird lunch to avoid throwing up (it got so much worse the hungrier I was) then come home, go straight to bed and do the same at dinner time 🤢
Fun times 😵💫
I couldn’t stomach 90% of my usual diet. Not even toast! 😭
Just do what you can! It does get better 🫶

Life lately and a few announcements! 👶☀️
This slow but exciting little Business of mine has taken a much needed backseat for now. We have a baby girl arriving in December! ❤️
First trimester nausea and exhaustion was no walk in the park but we are now 5 and a half months in and I am feeling so much better now 🥳 my diet of just potato waffles and plain rice is long gone! 😅 I’m now trying my best to nourish myself and baby through the rest of this pregnancy and also trying to keep my naturally restless, anxious brain as relaxed as possible!! I’m also working in a lovely cafe so life is feeling good, just pretty busy right now and enough to juggle.
So, for now, my coaching services are on hold for the most part. I’ve been on a mega go slow anyway 🐌 (starting a business is hard am I right?!) But as soon as my body and brain are ready to get back to it, I will be back, with more ideas than ever I reckon!
Perhaps an even more narrow niche of helping overstimulated neurodivergent mummas is in the pipeline, let’s see how it goes! 😜
I’m sure I’ll be posting occasionally along with little updates here and there so this page will stay here, just fairly quietly for now, but exciting and special things are definitely ahead! 🙌
