Lets talk about prevention, conditions such as Bruxism (teeth grinding) can't always be cured per se. However, there is a lot that can be done to reduce discomfort and prevent the condition worsening.
You could have Bruxism for years and it not cause you any real discomfort.. until you have ground your teeth down, at which point you are likely to have a lot of discomfort.
We can't cure Bruxism, but what we can do is reduce the discomfort and considerably reduce the speed at which its side-effects worsen.
