Exeter Supply Partnership
Why Choose Exeter Supply Partnership? We’re a not-for-profit organisation that puts people before profit.

Over the last 10 years, we've worked with hundreds of teachers, teaching assistants and nursery practitioners.
One thing they've taught us is that people choose supply work for all sorts of reasons.
For some, it's the flexibility. For others, it's the variety, the opportunity to gain experience, or a way of returning to education after time away.
There isn't one path into supply work, and there isn't one type of person who chooses it.
If you're weighing up your options for September, we'd be happy to have a conversation about what supply work could look like for you.

At ESP, relationships have always been at the heart of how we operate.
We know every school is different, and every member of staff has their own strengths, priorities and circumstances.
That’s why we believe good recruitment is about far more than simply filling bookings. It’s about communication, trust and taking the time to understand the people and schools we work with properly.
Education is deeply people-focused, and we believe recruitment within education should reflect that too.
