Our midwife-led courses are designed to help you feel calm, informed and confident as you prepare for birth and life with your new baby.
Over six weeks we'll cover: 🤍 Labour and birth 🤍 Coping strategies and pain relief 🤍 Making informed choices 🤍 Feeding your baby 🤍 Practical newborn care 🤍 Recovery after birth
Just as importantly, you'll meet other local parents who are at exactly the same stage of the journey as you.
Parentwise has been supporting Exeter families for many years and we've had the privilege of watching countless friendships grow long after the courses have ended.
