University student in Exeter and looking for a part time job?

ONLINE SOCIAL MEDIA ASSISTANT

Initially, you can fill out brief details via the app form. A phone interview will also be conducted.

You will help to connect with the target audience via various online platforms, answering questions from members of the public online.

Working as part of the team, you will also develop campaigns, propose new ideas, concepts and help promote events across all social media platforms.

You will be self-motivated with strong proof reading and customer service skills.

This role is 16 hours per week.

Role: Viewing Assistant
Location: EX4
Employment type: 20 hours per week

A busy student property agency will be recruiting a viewing assistant to join the lettings team on a part time, term by term basis.

You will be required to work on a Saturday, Monday & Tuesday with timings to be confirmed.

What they’re looking for:

- Be a confident and positive ambassador for the business whilst showing individuals around the properties
- Have a passion for property
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with clients
- Knowledge on the local property market

Experience in the rental market is useful, however, not a necessity.
